This Web Site is intended to assist people who have an interest in the Gallinger history as it relates to Michael and Agatha (Ade) Gallinger who came from Hopfau, Germany, to the Mohawk Valley of New York State in 1754. Michael and Agatha and their six children fled to Canada during the American Revolution because they were loyal to the King of Great Britain. They settled in and around Cornwall, Ontario.
